Why Join Us?

Join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) patients by contributing to their diagnosis, treatment, and recovery journey. You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside experts in neurology, physiotherapy, otolaryngology, and other specialised fields, all united by a shared passion for advancing TBI care.

We are committed to your professional growth, offering access to ongoing training, development opportunities, and mentorship programs to support your career progression. As part of our innovative culture, you'll be a member of a forward-thinking organization that values research, innovation, and continuous improvement in TBI care. Your work here will not only advance your career but also play a crucial role in shaping the future of TBI treatment.

Who you will work with?

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized vestibular rehabilitation to clients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients address their most pressing balance and dizziness challenges, significantly improving their quality of life.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a diverse and skilled Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), including psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, behavioural optometrists, solicitors, and case managers. Together, you will contribute to comprehensive care plans that ensure our clients receive the best possible support on their journey to recovery.

Your work will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by TBI, helping them regain stability, confidence, and independence..

What you will do?

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering tailored treatments for specific vestibular and balance issues in clients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). You will gather comprehensive information through subjective assessments, perform physical examinations and vestibular-specific tests, and analyze the data to formulate accurate diagnoses.

Your expertise will guide the development of a problem list and the identification of goals in collaboration with the client. You will then create a detailed treatment plan, write comprehensive reports, and implement customized treatments to address the client's unique needs.

Effective and prompt communication with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and our clients is essential, ensuring that all parties are aligned in delivering optimal care. While the majority of services will be provided at the client's residence, you will also offer virtual and clinic-based appointments as necessary.

Together with the MDT, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their physical, psychological, social, and economic well-being, giving them the greatest opportunity to regain their quality of life.

What we can offer you?

As an associate, you will receive specialized training to enhance your skills in managing patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). You will learn how to structure subjective assessments, conduct thorough physical examinations, and synthesize information to formulate accurate working diagnoses. Additionally, you will be guided on writing comprehensive reports and concise communications.

You will collaborate closely with the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver the best solutions for the well-being of our clients, ensuring effective and structured communication with everyone involved. Throughout your journey, our senior staff will provide you with regular mentoring support, helping you grow and excel in your role.
